Guatemala) – as the name suggests, this is both a cooking school, and a restaurant.
The cuisine served here boasts French influences (stressed by the restaurant’s décor –
French posters and other French souvenirs). The food by Chef Jorge artfully blends
local ingredients with traditional French techniques. Camille offers baked Camembert,
Tartar de Atuna, Lomita de Cebol, and paparadelle. Because of this, expect a mix of
